Was erwartet dich?
- Du koordinierst die Expansion über Süddeutschland
- Du analysierst Standorte hinsichtlich ihrer Attraktivität und bist für den Ablauf vom Grundstückserwerb bis hin zur Bebauung der Halle verantwortlich
- Du führst Market Research und Standortanalysen durch
- Du setzt das Marketing für zukünftige Standorte auf
- Du inspizierst mögliche Assets und organisierst den Aufbau/Übernahme von Prüfhallen und vermittelst als Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb und Operation und gestaltest den initialen Vertrieb

Was sollst du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine hohe Motivation und ein Verantwortungsbewusstsein und bist anpassungsfähig
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ingenieurswissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Hartnäckigkeit, Ausdauer und bist ein Generalist, der in jedem Bereich Ergebnisse erzielen kann und idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Expansion
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch
